With 25 fruitful years of experience in Architectural Design in both and Commercial sectors, Rohini has a penchant for creating innovative spaces that resonate and grow with the ever-evolving needs of her clients. Inspired to do more, Rohini started Aspire Real as a means to bring some method to the madness of developing a new project from vision to handover.
She is a registered member of the Council of Architecture and Bangalore Municipal Corporation and has served as Principal Architect with Concorde Real Estate for 20 years of her distinguished career. She has directed several projects from design to construction to completion, while heading a diverse team of Architects and Draftsmen, MEP Engineers, Survey Personnel and Interior Decorators. She has masterfully guided projects with her innovative design solutions, delivering impeccable properties of varying scales and meeting the demands of new-age urban development.
She never ceases to experiment and seeks to consistently apply current trends in design, construction material and smart technologies. Staying relevant and always updated, while maintaining design simplicity is her go-to mantra. When she is not drawing out a new idea, she loves to spend time cooking, travelling or catching up with friends and family.
On her ‘Why’ for setting up Aspire Real, she says,
“We wanted to create a one-stop destination for clients to be able to truly enjoy the experience of creating their own spaces, and work with a team that is passionate about their dreams & visions just as they are. We want to add to the skylines and make our mark wherever we go.
